Security within the app

The security of your data is of upmost importance. This is why mobio-apps are protected from unauthorised outside access, which is regularly checked by independent experts. The available content in the app is saved encrypted on the device. If you want to use external data sources in the app you need to set them as trusted sources.

Security of the systems

Regular security and load tests allow us to ensure our servers deliver the usual high security and performance. The continued development of our services contributes to a modern and therefore powerful environment. This creates the foundation for a future-proof development.

Hosting and data protection

All mobio data is hosted on German servers and is subject to the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). Additionally, it is saved encrypted and thus is only accessible to authorised users.

To provide an undisturbed and fail-safe service we use powerful and scalable servers. Our monitoring (24/7) ensures a maximum of transparency.

Tracking and analysis

mobio supports a multitude of tracking services. These include (amongst others) Google Analytics® and Matomo®(PIWIK before). Any other tracking services you are using can also be implemented into the app, so that you have all relevant tracking data available in one service. The implementation of these services offers you important insights into the user behaviour within the app. An opt-out is always included in the app.
